Delivery Times & Charges
Upon receiving your order the item will usually be dispatched within 2-5 working days. In the event of an item not being in stock, you will be contacted to discuss delivery times. Please note that we are generally unable to shorten these dispatch times - choosing express postage will shorten the shipping time after dispatch, but unfortunately not the dispatch time.
Priority Shipping: For products marked "Priority Shipping" (ie. selected surgical compression bras including Amoena Leyla and Amoena Pamela), dispatch will occur within 1 business day. Express shipping must be selected at checkout for this to apply.
Australia: Standard parcel $12.95. Express postage: $18.95.
New Zealand: Standard parcel $15.90AUD. Express postage: $30.90AUD.
Rest of World: $26.80AUD for all orders. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but every effort is made to ensure as speedy dispatch and delivery method as possible. Please note that Erilan is not responsible for any customs charges imposed by your own government on arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: as of August 2025 we are unfortunately unable to ship to addresses in the USA and Puerto Rico.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply return it within 30 days of receipt in original condition, including all packaging and with all tags attached, for a prompt exchange or refund. We will accept the return of all items including swimsuits, but not briefs.
