I was anxious and stressing out wandering if my new prosthesis will be arriving in time as I’m about to depart soon for a vacation overseas. But I was glad that I received it on time with all the attachments needed. With my multiple follow up emails and enquiries about Medicare program, they handled my anxiety really very well. Great Service

I needed to replace a 10 year old prosthesis, & as the original supplier had closed, I went onto Erilan's website. I had the brand and model number of the one I wanted, but discovered it is now obsolete. Erilan were very helpful in suggesting the best alternative, so I ordered it, it has arrived, and I'm very happy with it. Enclosing the Medicare rebate forms & a stamped envelope were also appreciated and my refund has duly arrived. I will certainly be using Erilan again,
