These can sit inside a bra pocket, or inside your bra against the skin. We find most women are more comfortable with it secured inside a pocket.

There are 3 different thicknesses:

• thin if there's only a small difference between your breasts so you only need a little bit of padding,
• medium, or
• volume if one breast needs a lot of padding.

These are exactly the same as the ones above, except that they stick to you (so are worn against the skin, not in a pocket).

If you have a very active lifestyle, or you wear lower cut tops or singlets with shelf bras, or just really don't want your shaper to move, a contact shaper is your answer. If you wear non-pocketed bras, a contact shaper is safest.

These gently adhere to your breast, and with a quick clean after each use they can be reused over and over for years.

There are two thicknesses - medium or volume.

Choose volume if there's a big difference in breast size, or medium is there's a small difference.

These can have their filling adjusted to perfectly match your breast. This is great if you're not quite sure what thickness you need, or if your weight is changing and you need your shaper to change with you.
